Bust Out Of The Winter Blahs At Rhode Island Dolls

I’ll be honest. I hate winter. It is such a long season and once the first snow is passed, everything just looks so grey and blah to me. The days seem to be too long, despite the fact that it is dark when I get up and it is dark when I go home from work. It’s cold, so you have to bundle up in a million layers of clothing. If you’re driving, you have to deal with all the crazy people driving on the road, speeding along like there isn’t a pile of snow and slippery ice on the roads. If you take public transport you have to deal with being hot because you’re wrapped in multiple layers of clothing and then there are the delays from heavy snow.

It’s just a crappy time of the year as far as I’m concerned.

Oh, and let’s not forget how broke we all are after Christmas. We spend all of our money on things to make other people happy and then we’re broke and cranky. Lovely, hey?

Winter just tends to make me feel like hibernating. But I can’t do that. So what do I do to get rid of the winter blahs when I just can’t stand it anymore? I get a bunch of my best friends together and head to Rhode Island Dolls in Woonsocket, RI.

In the previous years, I’ve been single, so getting a bunch of guys together was not a big deal. This year, me and several of my guy friends have girlfriends. I was worried that this was going to put an end to our dolls nights but we just invited the girls to come with us. I was surprised when they all took us up on the offer and came out to watch some dancers with us.

I guess it helped that we promised them lots of food and drinks. Part of the fun of going to Rhode Island Dolls is the good food. They have some of the best burgers in town and their personal pizzas are to die for. The girls loved the sweet potato fries and even the salads. No one was frowning by the time we filled our bellies with some of the best food in Rhode Island.

Usually after we eat and have a couple of beers we move up to the stage to get up close with the dancers. We weren’t sure how the girls were going to react to that but my girl friend was totally into it. She demanded that I give her a handful of bills and was soon cheering the dancer on the stage on and beckoning to her to come close so that she could stuff some money into her garter belt. I’d only been dating my girlfriend for a couple months so I really had no idea that she had such a wild side.

When the girl on the stage finished her set, my girlfriend wanted to know what was next. I told her that the dancers usually came out and chatted people up and offered lap dances and private dances. “I want a lap dance!” she exclaimed. I didn’t believe she would actually do it but when one of the prettiest dancers in the club came over to see us, my girlfriend didn’t beat around the bush and asked her for a lap dance. I have to admit, that was one of the hottest things I have seen in a long time. With her encouragement, soon the other girl friends were getting lap dances, too!

I have to say, I was worried about bringing my girlfriend to a strip club. I was pretty sure that she would make the night awkward. But it wasn’t like that at all. I guess you could say it was a good test of our relationship. Because, I don’t think I would stay involved with a girl that wasn’t cool with me going to Rhode Island Dolls when I needed a little pick me up. But my girl – she surpassed all my expectations.

Rhode Island Dolls in Woonsocket, Rhode Island is the perfect place to beat the winter blahs. There’s good food and lots of alcohol and the dancers make sure that everyone has a great time. It’s a positive environment where you can have a good time and forget that there’s a winter storm brewing outside – or even just some grey, dirty snow that makes you feel like you’re in the middle of winter with no where to go.
