The truth is, it takes work and effort. Sure, for some women, it’s a gift that comes naturally to them. But for most women it takes a lot of effort to create a beautiful butt that men can’t take their eyes off of. So, if you want to have a sexy derriere, put down the bag of chocolate and check out these tips!

Start by determining your butt type. Is it lean and mean, or do you look pretty bootylicious in your favorite jeans? Do you feel like your rear is flat or droopy, or does it just look like a regular bottom to you?  All of these factors affect your exercise routine.

Determine a few fitness goals for yourself before you hit the gym. Some of the rumpalicious dancers at Rhode Island Dolls like having a big booty and a tiny waist, while other strippers prefer to have a compact rear and defined thighs.  There is no one-size-fits-all formula for developing the best set of buns because everybody defines the word “best” differently when it comes to rear ends.  If you feel good about your butt, your confidence will show during your routine and the patrons at the club will appreciate all that you have to offer.

When you’re ready to get your buns in top-notch shape, don’t just jump right on in.  It is important to loosen your glutes when you begin a workout no matter which type of buns you have.  This is very easy to do and only takes a few minutes. Lay on your back, bend your knees, and squeeze your glutes while lifting your hips off of the ground.  Hold for at least five seconds, and repeat this move approximately 10 to 15 times.

After your hip flexors are ready for action, it’s time to get moving.  The dancers at our gentlemen’s club have perfectly shaped bottoms that would make an A-list celeb jealous, and that’s because they don’t slack on their fitness routine.  Big-bottomed girls need to spend time jumping up and down over a block or step, as do Woonsocket gals with a flat butt.  If you’re hoping to become a stripper but feel that your rear is too droopy, get performance-ready by doing lunges, blastoffs, and roll-ups.

Many exercises work well for all body types. Leg presses strengthen your calves and thighs, but they also make your buns look awesome.  Make sure to find time to hit the StairMaster, too.  Dashing up and down a flight of moving steps definitely does something magical to your derriere.  Remember to stay hydrated before, after, and during your workout to keep your joints from getting damaged.

If you don’t have time to make it to the gym, you can still tighten your buns at home.  Place your hands on the wall and lean forward.  Your body will be at an angle as you do this rather than upright, kind of like the side of a triangle.  Pull back your right leg as if you were planning on kicking yourself in the behind and hold for about 10 seconds.  Repeat this move with your other leg.  Start by doing this move 10 times a day, then gradually increase the amount of reps that you do.
