Rhode Island Dolls Makes Summer School Not As Bad

I was supposed to be at the beach all summer was my friends. I was supposed to be enjoying my last summer before graduating from college by being lazy and partying. But no. I failed one of my courses and have to take summer school classes this summer instead of being with my buddies and having a good time. And I was really pissed.

My mom said that’s what happens when I don’t do what I’m supposed to do at school. My dad totally got it though. At least he felt bad about the fact that I had to stick around and take my one last course in summer classes so I could graduate.

The day that my buddies all left for the cabin that they had rented at the lake that I was supposed to be at with them, my dad said he knew something that would cheer me up. He came and picked me up from school and said he was taking me somewhere that would make me forget about everything. I had no clue what he was up to.

When we pulled up in front of this place called Rhode Island Dolls, I just looked at him like he was nuts. He was taking me to a strip joint?

But Rhode Island Dolls in Woonsocket was not just any strip joint. I was one classy place. We sat down and since there wasn’t anyone even on the stage at the time, he said we should get something to eat. I wasn’t expecting anything really great – I mean strip club food? But I ended up having the best burger and fries I’ve had in a long time. Dad had these buffalo wings that were pretty awesome, too.

He told me about when he first found the place and how his older brother had brought him there. I had a hard time believing that. I mean, Uncle Clark wasn’t exactly the type of guy that you imagine hanging out at a gentleman’s club. But Dad said it was true and that when Uncle Clark comes to town, they usually try to sneak away to come here at least once.

Then the dancers came on. Now, I’ve seen naked girls and I’ve been to a few strip clubs and a joke with my buddies but this place must have a special talent pool for dancers or something because their girls are in a class of their own. There were girls of every type there. And nice! They actually talk to you when you’re at your table and they are walking around on the floor!

Even though I thought that all the dancers were beautiful, there was one in particular that I totally fell for. I can’t remember her name but I look for her every time I am there now. She wasn’t one of the typical younger dancers that looked cute and sweet. She was a little older than me and had this very sophisticated look. Her hair was shorter than the other girls but really sleek and classy. Her lips were red and she wore this smoky kind of eye makeup. I don’t know what it was but she just looked unique and she stood out to be. She was tall and muscular and when she was on the stage she could do things on the pole that I never would have believed were even possible.

I was really surprised when my dad got me a private dance with her. He just smiled at me as she took me by the hand and led me to the area where they did the private dances. And it was nothing less than amazing.

I never thought that I would be the type of guy that went to a strip club whenever he had the chance, but that summer, me and my dad went to Rhode Island Dolls in Woonsocket a few times and each time was better than the last.

Each time was better than the last. I even brought a couple friends that were also stuck taking summer classes and they loved it, too.

I always thought that strip clubs were places that old men that were down on their luck hung out in. Either that, or just a good place to have a bachelor party. I didn’t think of them as a place where you could just hang out and have a few beers and some good food and enjoy some good company. But Rhode Island Dolls is exactly that. It’s a cool place and the people that work there – the dancers, the bartenders and serving staff, the bouncers – are all awesome and make you feel at home.
